This building, located in the Ensanche, near the Sagrada Familia, has undergone a comprehensive renovation and necessary structural interventions due to its precarious state.
It is composed of a ground floor and 6 floors, each divided into 3 apartments, two facing the main façade, and one facing the rear façade.

The new layout is different in the three floors, but in all of them, the kitchen is integrated into the living room, creating a greater spaciousness in the common area.
The original elements of interest are preserved and emphasized.

The floor slabs with metal beams and Catalan vault, the party walls in solid brick, the plasterboard ceilings with simple moldings but no less interesting, the wooden windows, and the interior doors, reused and reinterpreted.

The project plays with few materials used with rigor and simplicity at both the formal and constructive levels to highlight the strength of the existing original elements.
