This building, located in the San Martí neighborhood, has undergone a complete renovation.

It consists of a ground floor and 4 floors, each of which is divided into 2 elongated apartments that face both the main facade and the rear facade.

The slabs are made of wooden beams and Catalan vault, the party walls are made of solid brick.

The project uses few materials with rigor and simplicity, both formally and structurally, to highlight the strength of the existing original elements.

The typology of the apartments on the upper floor is symmetrical: the entrance door opens onto the living room-dining room where the kitchen is integrated. The two bedrooms face the rear facade.
