The project consists of the renovation of a small apartment located in a historic building in the Born district, in the heart of Barcelona.

The use of few materials and light colors responds to the desire to highlight the strength of the stone and the vibrant tones of the wooden beams.

The furniture and functional elements such as kitchen and bathroom are designed as volumes that participate in the creation of the new space.

The shower is visually connected to the kitchen to let in natural light.

The access to the attic is solved through a long white lacquered wood cabinet that occupies an entire wall and incorporates different functions: sofa bed, storage, and stairs.
