The project consists of the renovation of a characterful home located in a historic building in the Eixample Modernist District.

We have preserved interesting original elements such as wooden windows and doors, moldings, ceilings, and hydraulic floors, in some cases reinterpreting and transforming them.

The old and the modern meet and dialogue.

The typical gallery of modernist buildings has been transformed into a terrace, keeping the original carpentry, but transforming it from hinged to folding.

The simplicity and serenity of the spaces, where time seems to have stopped, coexists with the comforts of a contemporary home.
